At what time can I access my vacation flat/house?


Your flat/house is normally available from 4pm the first day of your reservation. If due to flight/train arrival times you would like to access it earlier, drop us a note and we will see how we can accomodate your request.




Is the final cleaning of the flat/house included in the rental price?


If your reservation is made via other sites, please check the conditions of the specific site. If you are booking here directly, you can chose either adding the "final cleaning" option to your reservation or not. We recommend you though to evaluate well your decision: we spend a considerable amount of time for a 100% perfect cleaning for you before your arrival. And in case you decide to do it yourself, we need to be very strict. So why not spending a small sum on it and having it done for you? At your last day you can fully enjoy your vacations! Till the very end with no worries about a perfect cleaning.




At what time do we need to leave the flat/house at the departure day?


After your departure the flat/house is prepared for the next guests. This includes a very detailed cleaning. For this reason the latest departure time is 10am. In case you would like to stay longer due to train/flight tiles, just ask us when you book and we will see how to accomodate your request.




Is there a free parking at the flat/house?


All our flats in La Ciotat have a reserved and secured unerground parking for your comfort. The houses we offer mostly have a free parking next to it or at the surroundings.




Who will give us the keys at arrival?


We ALWAYS receive you personally at the home. That is why we ask you several questions before arrival: - how are you coming? By plane, train or car? - at what time & where is your plane landing? your train arriving? - we can offer shuttle services from the train station in Marseille & also from airports (Marseille, Nice). Just ask us! - we check your flight timetables or train arrival times online, but we always ask you to call us one hour before arrival. We are not on site, your indication will help us to organizING ourselves to receive you personally on site at your arrival. Our check in formalities do not only include formalities (showing you around the home, getting the guarantee deposit, signing the inventory) but it also contains explaining all the details for your stay, showing you the welcome booklet and answering all your questions for making sure you will have a perfect stay with MY LUXURY HOME IN PROVENCE

Our check in formalities do not only include formalities (showing you around the home, getting the guarantee deposit, signing the inventory, handing you the keys over) but it also contains explaining all the details for your stay, showing you the welcome booklet and answering all your questions for making sure you will have a perfect stay with MY LUXURY HOME IN PROVENCE




How is the check out from your homes?


We ALWAYS welcome and we always say goodbye personally to our guests. We love getting your feedback from first hand and to make sure all was perfect. In case something was not, this is the best opportunity to discuss it and help us make it better in the future. At your agreed check out time, at latest at 10am we meet you in the home. We make a detailed check of the home and if everything is ok, we unblock the guarantee deposit. In rare cases we can legally keep it for a week if there is something to be checked more in detail (if something is damaged for example). We both sign the inventory to confirm that the deposit was given back. We ask you to fill out our FAVORITES page that will give next guests ideas on what you loved most (restaurants, spots, beaches, etc). We also ask you to leave a review on our website (or on the online support you used for booking). You hand us over the keys & we accompany you to the garage in case of need. And we will be more than happy to welcome you again very soon.
